Admissions & External Relations Officer

The Admissions & External Relations Officer is a key entry-level role responsible for executing the school's marketing strategy, managing external communication, and supporting the full admissions process. This individual will be the primary point of contact for prospective families and community partners, and will play a central role in maintaining an excellent public image of the school. The role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward outreach and service. 

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and respond to all admission inquiries from prospective parents
  • Maintain and update lead tracking in our CRM system
  • Schedule and manage school tours, open days, and parent events
  • Draft notices, newsletters, and school announcements
  • Manage the school’s digital presence including website and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with local churches, schools, and parent groups
  • Report weekly on outreach performance, leads, and engagement metrics

  • Basic computer literacy (email, document formatting, social media usage)
